To confirm booking, a non-refundable deposit of 25% is to be paid within 7 days and the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to your holiday.
Full payment will be required for late booking reservations within 8 weeks of your holiday departure.
A security deposit of £150 is required for breakages and damage and will be returned within 2 weeks of your departure once the villa has been checked by the management team.
